Multiple Votes Same Source

How can I allow users to vote multiple times without clearing browser cookies ?

Go to: Login --> My MicroPoll (Select MicroPoll) --> Result Settings -> MULTIPLE VOTES CRITERIA -> Enable multiple Votes from same source.
